Acceptable use

OpenWhen is designed for sharing positive, personal messages. You agree not to use this service for:

• Harassment, threats, or hate speech
• Illegal content or activities
• Spam or commercial advertising
• Malware or phishing attempts
• Content involving minors inappropriately

Content responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content of your messages. We do not pre-screen content but may remove messages that violate these terms.

Service availability

This service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. Messages may expire or be removed without notice.

Rate limits

To prevent abuse, we limit message creation to 10 per hour per IP address. Attempting to circumvent these limits may result in a ban.

Reporting abuse

To report abusive content, email abuse@openwhen.app with the message URL.
